Many governments, companies, policymakers, and supervisory authorities perceive the significance of gender and gender inclusion in our fast-evolving world. But for supervisory authorities, it isn’t all the time clear how gender and gender inclusion relate to their supervisory mandate and what they tangibly can do to advertise nice gender inclusion. In collaboration with USAID, Toronto Centre designed this toolkit to help monetary supervisors from rising markets with integrating gender dimensions into their supervisory practices. It’s a sensible, hands-on useful resource meant to focus on the relevance of gender inclusion and consciousness to supervisory authorities and help them in taking their subsequent steps in direction of extra gender-aware supervision.
The toolkit, ‘First Step: Integrating Gender into Expertise-Enabled Monetary Sector Supervision’, is meant to assist supervisory authorities in any respect ranges of gender-awareness.
